El evento seminario contar\u00e1 con la exposici\u00f3n del reconocido hidr\u00f3logo internacional <b>G\u00fcnter Bloschl<\/b>, actual presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Ciencias Hidrol\u00f3gicas.
