ESTUDIO PARAM\u00c9TRICO DEL FEN\u00d3MENO DE GOLPE DE ARIETE EN FLUJOS DE TIPO BINGHAM MEDIANTE ELEMENTOS FINITOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se presenta un estudio num\u00e9rico del fen\u00f3meno transitorio en ductos que transportan fluidos pl\u00e1sticos tipo Bingham, mediante el m\u00e9todo de elementos finitos (FEM) de bajo orden. Mientras que la mayor\u00eda de los estudios del golpe de ariete consideran fluidos Newtonianos, la din\u00e1mica en fluidos con esfuerzo de cedencia sigue siendo poco abordada, a pesar de su relevancia industrial, particularmente en miner\u00eda. Se realiza un an\u00e1lisis param\u00e9trico sobre el efecto del esfuerzo de cedencia y el tiempo de cierre de v\u00e1lvula sobre las distribuciones de presi\u00f3n y velocidad en la tuber\u00eda, usando un modelo de fricci\u00f3n adaptativo.
\nLos resultados muestran que el esfuerzo de cedencia incrementa la resistencia al flujo y aten\u00faa m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente los picos de presi\u00f3n, revelando el rol disipador de la reolog\u00eda pl\u00e1stica. Este trabajo demuestra la necesidad de esquemas FEM avanzados para modelar ondas de choque en fluidos no-Newtonianos, con implicancias en el dise\u00f1o y operaci\u00f3n de ductos industriales.<\/p>\n
